Mentoring
Mentoring is so much more than coaching, it goes deeper with a longer term focus on the whole you and how you show up for yourself, and your team.
A mentor is someone who has your back, who helps you look in the mirror.
Someone who creates a safe space for you to say how you feel, what you think without judgement.
Who you turn to again, and again.
Someone who you respect, is your role model, open, honest and behaves with integrity.
Mentoring is a reciprocal and a collaborative relationship that supports the learning, growth and development.
The investment (and return) is more, you build trust on a deeper level.
I have had mentors who have supported me professionally and personally and they are still my go to when I need some honest advice or a safe space just to explore my thoughts and feelings.
I have mentored graduate trainees, HR and OD professionals, leaders, mums returning to work and women going through divorce and separation.
Mentoring is 1:1
All women should SHINE, and sometimes we need a little help along the way.
I am passionate about supporting you to be your best self, for you to be happy, confident, and loving life. I do this by creating a safe space where you feel comfortable to be vulnerable and courageous as we explore together how you can realise your aspirations. By showing up and doing the work you will have a deeper understand of yourself and the impact you have on others.
Mentoring is 1:1 either in person or online, focused on you and flexible to meet your needs. I use a blend of coaching and NLP skills to facilitate the process, to guide you through the content you chose to share.
You are the expert of you. I help you understand the barriers to you achieving what you want. The topics you bring to each session could vary, that’s ok – they are usually part of the jigsaw you are completing. I’m not a therapist but I have life experience, and extensive experience of working with and supporting women through challenging times in their lives.
