Many of the women I work with arrive because they've lost sight of some part of themselves. They've reached a stage of life that leads them to ask questions. What's next? How did I get here? That's where coaching can help. What they want most is to feel like themselves again, more confident, more energised and able to trust their own decisions. In our work together they feel heard, seen, without judgement and they leave feeling lighter, with clarity and focus for what's next.

I bring 25 years of experience in People and Culture. I'm an accredited Executive Coach as a Senior Practitioner with EMCC Global and have additional accreditations as an Emotions Coach Practitioner and Neurodivergent Inclusive Coach.
