I help founders, senior leaders and organisations think through their people strategy, understand what's working and what isn't, and build something that lasts.

Organisational Development (OD)

OD projects are transformative, but not every organisation has the internal capacity or experience to lead and do the work. Working with an external consultant can help you get where you want to be faster. Whether you need someone to run a diagnostic, design an intervention, support a restructure, or help you make sense of what your data is telling you, I can step in and lead it or work alongside you. All joined up, so your people strategy, development pathways and business goals are pulling in the same direction.

Helping you review your people and workforce plans, build internal capacity through talent mapping and succession planning, and make sure your appraisal and development processes are working for your people and your business.

Leadership Development

Whether you need a one-off leadership programme, or want to develop a leadership pathway that allows your people to grow with the business, I can lead or support you to design something that meets the needs of your people and your organisation, now and in the future.

Team Development

As a teams coach I work with teams during times of change, growth or when building connection matters most. Whether you know what you need or are still figuring it out, I can help you plan, design and deliver team sessions that create real movement.
