What is Coaching?

Coaching is a facilitated conversation that helps you step back, make sense of what’s really going on, and find the answers within yourself. It’s a safe, supportive space where I’ll ask the right questions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and share practical tools you can use straight away.

Whether you’re navigating career change, stepping up as a leader, managing imposter syndrome, or facing challenges like perimenopause, restructuring or redundancy, you can expect greater clarity, confidence and actionable next steps to move forward with purpose.

Who I work with

I work with professionals and leaders — often women in midlife — who want to lead with more clarity, compassion and confidence. My clients include corporate leaders, business owners and freelancers seeking bespoke coaching or support as part of a leadership development programme. Many are growing a business, managing change, adapting their leadership style in response to technological shifts like AI, or navigating political and policy changes that impact the way they work.
