This isn't a generic career development framework. The Career Radiance Method grew out of real conversations with real women noticing what came up again and again, what created genuine shifts, and what helped women move from stuck to steady.

This is a structured journey, but a gentle one. Six steps, in order, worked through whenever life allows. You set the pace, and each module starts by meeting you where you are. Most participants find they get the most from the programme when they aim to complete a module a week, even if it's just an hour a week, you'll move forward and you will notice the shift.

I'm Rae, a career and leadership coach for women in midlife, and the founder of Coaching Women to Shine.
I created the Career Radiance Programme because I couldn't find what I needed when I was at my own crossroads. I know what it feels like to be capable and overlooked. To carry more than your share and still feel like you're falling short. To wonder whether the restlessness you feel means something is wrong with you or whether it means you've simply evolved.
I'm late 40s, recently acknowledged ADHD, peri-menopausal, and a single parent. These aren't labels they're lived insight and experience. They're woven into every module, every question, and every tool in this programme.
The programme you'll find here today isn't the one I first built. I've grown, and so has my understanding of what these years of life actually ask of us. The women I've worked with over the last two years have shown me how much of this work is emotional, and how differently each of us is wired to do it. So I trained further, in emotions coaching and neurodivergent inclusive coaching, and I've rebuilt the programme to hold both. It's a truer reflection of who I am now, and of what genuinely helps.

You can expect a calm, structured process that meets you where you are. Each module builds on the last moving you gently from awareness to insight to action. You'll finish with a personalised plan that reflects your values, your strengths and your next chapter not someone else's version of success.
