Walking in nature clears the mind, unlocks fresh perspective , and helps you process emotions in a way that sitting still simply can’t. With each step, we’ll explore what’s on your mind, untangle the thoughts holding you back, and help you find your pathway forward —whether in your career, leadership, or life.

Consultation Call (usually online) - 30 mins
Book minimum of 3 coaching sessions in the diary, including locations to meet
We meet in nature - a local park, woodland trail or open space (local to Bath*)
We walk side by side - a relaxed, judgement free space where you can think, reflect and talk freely
You gain clarity - through coaching conversations that help you process emotions, shift perspectives and make confident decisions.
You take steps forward - leaving with renewed focus, actionable insights, and a sense of direction
Movement fuels clarity - walking helps process thoughts, reduce stress and open up new ways of thinking

Side by side coaching feels natural - no eye contact pressure, just open conversation as we walk together.
We will have a chemistry call before we start the coaching sessions, during which we will discuss your goals and objectives for the coaching. We will contract how we are going to work together, and where you would like to start. Each coaching session we will check-in and see where you would like to focus.
Most of my clients prefer to meet monthly, but if you would like to meet more often we can - so typically the average length of time I work with my clients is 3-6 months.
That's perfectly okay! Part of the process involves exploring your values, passions, and aspirations to help you gain clarity on your goals. Together, we’ll uncover what truly matters to you, allowing you to set meaningful and achievable objectives.
Yes, we can discuss during the chemistry call where we meet, how often and if you are spinning plates and online takes some of the pressure off we can adjust accordingly.

In 2023 I took a leap of faith. I left my NHS career after 25 years and became a business owner. I wanted to be more me, work with women 1:1 and small groups to help them transform their lives through coaching and facilitation.
Coaching Women to Shine was born through my own challenges with work and life, and having invested in myself and out the other side I could see there was more work to be done and change had to start with me.
It was scary, liberating, empowering, exhausting and so many more emotions, yet it was 100% worth it.
I'm not saying you should walk away from your job, many of my clients love what they do, they just need a little help getting them through a transition.
